By making your own salad dressing you control the ingredients and the taste!  This is a classic hemp oil dressing that can be used on your favorite bed of greens. It’s also great as a marinade. INGREDIENTS 2 tbsp PlanetHemp Hemp Seeds½ cup PlanetHemp Hemp Oil½ cup olive oil2 tbsp apple cider vinegar1 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tsp maple syrup1 tsp Dijon mustardsqueeze of ½ a lemonsalt and pepper to taste DIRECTIONS Blend and adjust to taste. Drizzle over salad, serve and enjoy!  Refrigerate for up to a week.

An all-time favorite, these sweet and healthy berry beauties, are finished off with the added touch of Hemp’s nutrition! INGREDIENTS 2 tbsp coconut oil melted1/2 – 3/4 cup chocolate powder or chocolate chunks1 tbsp maple syrup   DIRECTIONS Melt the coconut oil in double boiler on medium heat and stir in the chocolate until melted. Remove from heat and stir in maple syrup. Transfer the chocolate to a bowl and dip the strawberries. Place them on a cooking sheet or plate with parchment paper and sprinkle with PlanetHemp Hemp Seeds.  Freeze for at least 20 minutes then enjoy!

This sweet mango salad is a perfect side dish to any meal or great on its own as a main. Add some mango dressing and sprinkle with hemp seeds for a super fueled power salad! INGREDIENTS 2 handfuls of fresh salad greens1 chopped tomato1/2 chopped cucumber1/4 chopped red onion1/4 cup mangoes Dressing1/4 cup mangoes3 tbsp PlanetHemp Hemp Oil2 tbsp PlanetHemp Hemp Seeds2 tbsp apple cider vinegar1 tbsp honey (or other sweetener)1/4 tsp cumin1/4 tsp peppersalt to taste DIRECTIONS Blend the dressing and pour over the salad! If you’re looking for a healthy snack, look no further. This one is sweet and delicious and nutritious too! INGREDIENTS 4 tbsp chia4 tbsp PlanetHemp Hemp Seeds1 cup of water3 dates1 1/2 banana4 tbsp toasted coconut1/2 cup strawberries DIRECTIONS Put the chia seeds in a bowl and set aside. Put the strawberries, 1/2 a cut banana, toasted coconut and a tbsp of Hemp Seeds aside. In a blender, blend all the other ingredients. Pour the mixture over the chia seeds and mix until all blended. Store in fridge for 10 minutes. Garnish with strawberries, banana, toasted coconut and Hemp Seeds!
