HEMP MATCHA LATTE
Matcha tea is a delicious form of caffeine with a healthy dose of antioxidants that will leave you feeling warm and refreshed! INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup Homemade Hemp Milk1 tsp Matcha1 tsp coconut sugarBoiling water DIRECTIONS Boil water and add 1/2 cup Homemade Hemp Milk and 1/2 cup boiling water to a blender. Add the Matcha and sugar, blend for 30 seconds and pour into your favorite cup!
AVOCADO HEMP OIL DRESSING
Thick, rich and super satisfying, creamy and dreamy! Add dill for a fantastic dressing for a potato salad. It also makes a wonderful dip for fresh cut veggies. INGREDIENTS 1 avocado1 tbsp engevita yeast2 tbsp almond kefir1 tbsp PlanetHempHemp Oil1 clove of garlicdash of cayennesalt and pepper to taste DIRECTIONS Blend ingredients together and add to your favorite salad. Sprinkle on 2 tbsp Hemp Seeds and black sesame seeds for a garnish. Great as a sauce or spread as well!

Use this great chia and Hemp base, as a great thickening agent for your favorite recipes from baking to smoothies! INGREDIENTS 1 cup Homemade Hemp Milk2 tbsp Chia seeds DIRECTIONS Soak Chia seeds in Homemade Hemp Milk for 15 minutes.Sprinkle with Goji berries and Hemp Seeds. Enjoy! YIELD Makes 1 bowl.
